The Terk TRK-SR1 glass mount satellite radio antenna is a high performance antenna designed specifically for XM Satellite Radio reception. It adheres and transmits signal through your vehicles glass making installation a breeze. The dual functionality allows it to simultaneous receive signals from satellites and terrestrial repeaters to ensure continuous reception. The result is an antenna that offers all the benefits of satellite radio and complements the appearance of any vehicle. The TRK-SR1 must be wired to a 12volt power source. This antenna features the dual yellow and green antenna connectors. If you will be using this antenna with a dock or receiver that uses the single SMB type antenna connection then you must also use the single antenna adapter. The adapter must be connected from the yellow antenna lead to your receiver. Warning - while powered, DO NOT directly join the antenna base to the antenna coupler. Doing so without the glass as a spacer will damage your antenna. This type of damage is not covered under warranty. Features

This antenna can also be mounted to any flat surface able to accomodate a clamp-style mount bracket. For best performance, the black antenna housing at the top of the mast should be installed above any other truck parts for an unobstructed view of the sky in all directions.
