The MPSS-2 is a multi-purpose switching relay that automatically switches between two two-channel RCA source such as XM Radio, iPod or cd players. The unit can also be mixed and matched with 2 channel sources such as XM Satellite Radio, iPod, DVD, Video Game, or CD players. The DA-RCA can be used with any in line RCA audio source to allow more control of your audio system. It digitally changes the audio level so that the audio system can be easily synchronized for optimal performance. The PIE CYCLOPS part is a low voltage trigger device capable of producing a 12-Volt output, when triggered from a low level AC, DC, RCA, or a high level Audio/Video Signal input. CYCLOPS can be connected in line with any RCA type Audio/Video connection, to a speaker level audio signal, and will also detect an AC Audio/Video signal. Whenever a low voltage signal is detected on such input, it provides a 12V output. The CYCLOPS can be used to turn on an amplifier or monitor from various trigger inputs such as an OEM headunit amplifier turn on signal when the signal is too low to trigger an aftermarket amplifier (less than +12V). | The EIS-BM part helps to prevent battery failures that can occur when the audio system is used for an extended period while the vehicle is off. Part EIS-BM will connect in line with the power going to audio, video or game systems to monitor any vehicle’s battery voltage level when the vehicle ignition is off. The EIS-BM will automatically turn that device off when the vehicle’s battery voltage drops below 11.5 volts for four seconds or more. With the addition of a high-amperage relay (not included) EIS-BM can also be used to monitor the voltage in a multi-battery system and alternate charging between primary and secondary batteries. |
