The features of SoundLinQ have been transmitted to the SoundLinQ2 line of products, however it does it in half the size. In addition to the new look and lower price, the sound quality is dramatically improved. The SL2xmt is the newest addition to the SoundLinQ2 family, . The SL2xmt is compatible with the XM Mini-Tuner (CNP2000). The SL2xmt package includes Mini-Tuner Dock and automotive antenna. The only part needed to complete the package is XM Mini-Tuner (CNP2000) - SOLD SEPARATELY. The SL2xmt allows you to receive digital XM Satellite Radio directly through the Toyota OEM head unit. It seamlessly integrates the XM Mini-Tuner into an OEM audio system. You can now control your Satellite Radio Receiver through the vehicle's head unit and audio steering wheel controls and enjoy your Satellite Radio's outstanding sound quality in your car without Cassette Adapters, FM Transmitters or FM Modulators. The SL2xmt provides direct Plug-and-Play connection to the Toyota OEM audio system and supports vehicles whether they are equipped with a Navigation System or not. It's unique technology allows you to keep all factory installed components (such as 6-disc CD changer, CD/DVD changer, Rearseat Entertainment System). When you connect the SL2xmt to the audio system, the Toyota stereo system recognizes it as an additional CD/MD changer or as a SAT radio receiver. The SL2xmt can be programmed in three different emulation modes: CD changer emulation mode, MD changer emulation mode or SAT mode (if supported).
